Is it safe to shop from our site?
The health and safety of the wider community has always been our first priority. We have enhanced safety measures and guidelines to maximize protection.
What about delivery of my purchase?
We are working with our shipping partner, DHL to ensure all appropriate health and hygiene standards are adhered to. They are currently operating a contactless delivery system. Where a signature would be usually required or has been requested by you, they will endeavor to the recipitants name as proof of delivery and follow socially distanced protocol. When a signature is waived by you or not possible, they will leave your parcel where you specified.
Please note that REYA or our shipping partners will not be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered as has been set out above.
How do I redeem an existing Gift Card?
If you need to redeem a Gift Card, please contact our customer care team for help with placing your order.
Can I amend an item from my order?
Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to amend or change an item to a different product or size. Please note, we're unable to combine or add an item to an existing order after shipment label has been created.
Do we ship Internationally?
We ship to countries all over the world.
How long does International shipments usually take?
International shipments usually take 2-4 business days after processing.
Can I return an item?
All sales are FINAL, you are not eligible to return an item once payment confirmation is received for international orders.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within the specified time of our policy.
